Davison Chart
One chart for two people, cast for a real sky: the moment halfway between your birth instants, observed from the place halfway between your birthplaces. Positions, houses, and aspects like any birth chart; the URL carries the whole pairing.
What a Davison chart is
Two people, one chart, and nothing abstract about the sky in it: the chart is cast for the moment exactly halfway between the two birth instants, observed from the point exactly halfway between the two birthplaces along the great circle joining them. From there it is an ordinary chart — real planetary positions, a real horizon, real houses — for a moment and place at which, in general, nobody was born.
A Davison chart is cast for a real sky moment — the midpoint of the two birth instants, seen from the geographic midpoint — where a composite chart is built from abstract midpoints of the positions themselves. The composite lives on the compatibility page →
