Your Day

About Your Day

Today's sky against your own chart: every transit in orb with its orb, direction and how long it lasts, the Moon's contacts to the minute, and the two that matter most under a rule the page states. Free, no account needed for the ledger.

Unknown? Leave it empty; houses and angle contacts drop out, the rest stands.

The ledger

Every transit in orb of your chart today, with its exact orb, whether it is closing or separating, and how long it stays in orb. Free, for anyone, from the form above.

The weight

Each contact is scored by a rule the page prints: the planet's weight, how tight the orb is, whether it is still closing, and what it touches. Three marks is the day's top.

The column

Signed in, the two strongest contacts become a short column written for your chart and checked sentence by sentence against our library.

Enter a birth date and place for the ledger. Sign in and this page opens on your own chart.

Everything above is read at 12:00 UT on Thursday 17 September 2026and does not change through the day; the Moon's contacts are exact instants inside that UT day. Orbs follow your chart preferences (standard set): conjunction and opposition 8°, square and trine 7°, sextile 4°. means the is still closing over the next day. Durations are solved by bisection to the minute: for a contact, the last time it entered orb and the next time it leaves; for a house, the last cusp crossed and the next; each searched a year either way, and past that the line says so. The weight rule: planet weight (Pluto 5, Neptune 4.5, Uranus 4, Saturn 3.5, Jupiter 3, Mars 2, Venus 1.5, Sun 1.5, Mercury 1, Moon 0.5) times tightness (1 at exact, falling to 0 at the orb's edge) times 1.25 when applying, doubled for a contact to the Ascendant, the Midheaven, the natal Sun or the natal Moon. Three marks for the day's top score, two within sixty percent of it, one otherwise. Positions come from the same engine as the sky (about an arcminute); all times are UT. The standing report with its verdict is on Transits.
